Came here to get my eyebrows done I’ve been a few times before but this certain time I went the lady in there had an attitude and completely rushed my eyebrows no sort of time was taken on them. I left completely dissatisfied and with her face looking evil as she watched me walk out looking upset that she messed them up.
Absolutely horrible . Didn’t have no patience . Was rushing so fast . Never again . Then didn’t have great customer service like she hates her job . My eyebrows feel terrible .
Very sweet girl, took her time and got every single hair… polite, clean and very friendly! I have no complaints at all. Very pleased with my eyebrows. Got a threading and tint done. First time there but will be a weekly customer for sure!!
I’ve been here once before and my brows turned out very decent. I’m a very OCD person so I’m very picky about where I’m going to get my eyebrows threaded. This time, the younger girl did my eyebrows and normally I don’t mind, however after she started I can tell she’s still learning. I felt like she was rushing or nervous but there was no need as I was the only person in there. I’d rather walk out with ok eyebrows than having to take a trip to ulta to fix the uneven brows I paid for. Left brow is thinner than the right and as a matter of fact she didn’t even touch under the right brow. Not happy.
Price is good, staff is friendly but the thread and wax just ain’t as crisp as I like it. My eyebrows were also not shaped good. I understand eyebrows are sisters and not twins but it was too obvious that one was skinny and the other was fat.
